Swindon Town have signed winger Kaelan Majekodunmi following a successful trial period with the club. The 22-year-old Australia Under-23 international has returned to England from a spell with Perth Glory to pursue his career at the County Ground.
Majekodunmi was born in Northampton but moved to Australia with his family when he was eight. He came through the ranks with Melbourne clubs Olympic Kingsway and Dandenong Thunder before making his A-League breakthrough with Perth Glory.
"I might miss the beaches a little, but I have no regrets after swapping Australian sunshine for Swindon Town," Majekodunmi said.
The Robins, currently 12th in League Two with 11 points from eight games, are looking to add attacking options. Their recent form shows one draw and four defeats from their last five matches, including a 1-1 draw with Accrington Stanley last time out.
Majekodunmi will now aim to break into the squad ahead of Swindon Town's next League Two fixture away at Rochdale on Saturday.
